Minka comes from ancient times. Communities gather to build a house, a field, or a road. Everyone lends a hand. There is food, there is song, and people work joyfully. This practice is a source of strength for the family and the community.

Minkaka ñawpa pachamanta kallarishka. Ayllukuna tantanakushpa shuk wasita, shuk chakrata, shuk ñanta rurankuna. Tukuykuna makita kunkuna. Mikunapash tiyan, takipash tiyan, kushillami llamkankuna. Kay ruray ayllupak, llaktapak sinchita kan.
